Getting closer - just 6 days to lift off...

The itinerary is coming together now. On Tuesday afternoon April 21 we'll head first for Lubbock, TX and the Buddy Holly Museum. Then it will be Dallas for several days to see friends and a high school choral concert conducted by my nephew Josh McGuire. Then east toward Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, tornadoes (oh no! not that!). Bon voyage...

Getting ready...

We are busy getting ready to take off on our journey of 6 months or more in the Bounder -something we've wanted to do for so long. Getting this blog set up and ready to go is high on the to-do list. We'll post here from time to time so family and friends can see where we've been. Save this site and look us up. We don't expect to be doing any e-mailing to let anyone know when we update. Just look us up here when you wonder where we've been and where we are headed... The map here is a rough idea of what we have in mind.
